The Tennessee Equality Project Foundation has hosted and offered its own diversity training curriculum to public and allied organizations since 2007. The foundation maintains a host of trainers across the state to work with groups like local police troops, schools, corporations, and others to help their members understand who LGBT persons are and encourage fair treatment in any setting.
